Team principals Fiona Brown and Lunjun Mou are Blackbaud trained Raiser’s Edge experts who have been helping organizations leverage the power of The Raiser’s Edge since 2001.

Fiona is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) with over 15-years fund development experience in Canada and the UK. She is strongly committed to “donor centered” fundraising, and to the effective use of Moves Management™.  Fiona works with clients to determine their business requirements and define project scope. She leads business process development, needs analysis, configuration, and training engagements.

Lunjun is a Microsoft Certified SQL Database Administrator (MCDBA) and holds an MSc in statistical analysis. He has significant database design, data processing, data conversion and integration experience. He specializes in data management, systems integration, and custom report writing. He oversees all technical engagements.

Naaz Mohamed is the team’s business manager and financial expert who leads  all projects which seek to automate the flow of information between The Raiser’s Edge and financial management systems. Naaz specializes in business process simplification of all Campaign, Fund, Appeal and Gift related data capture and management. She also provides strategic leadership to clients wishing to optimize their Monthly Giving programs.

Ellen Weir is an FBC master trainer and on-line data manager. She specializes in streamlining collection, handling and Raiser’s Edge integration of data from all types of on-line fundraising activities.

Associates are engaged on a per project basis from amongst a team of experienced consultants, programmers, and trainers.
